To achieve high standards of care, all Evergreen employees are recruited following a strict interview and recruitment procedure. Rooms within the nursery are managed by practitioners who are dedicated to caring for your child and hold recognised qualifications in Child Care and Education, First Aid, and also have at least three years post qualifying experience.
In addition to this all employees are legally required to be ‘cleared’ to work with children via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Evergreen Policy also states that employees must continue their professional development by attending courses ran internally through the nursery and externally through Salford Councils - Starting Life Well Service.
All our Family Rooms are led and managed by Practitioners who are qualified to Level 3 in Childcare and Education as well as being Level 2 qualified Team Leaders. The rest of our team have varying qualifications in Childcare including Degree Level.
