Our trips out are of course not just restricted to the summer. As the seasons change, the world becomes a whole new world of discovery. In spring flowers bloom and can cover fields in a blanket of colour. In the summer, the sun makes streams glisten and the trees create shadows that become magical animals and natural shades from the sun. In autumn, vibrant reds, golden yellows and warm oranges reveal themselves as the leaves fall to the ground. These natural elements make the perfect resources for craft projects such as painting, glittering and cutting. In winter frost and snow can create a magical new world, that just has to be explored. And if the children are good, there may even be a special visit from Father Christmas.

Another sure favourite of our is trip out to visit local animals, such as donkeys, who love being fed carrots. as wells as other animals like chickens, sheep and ducks which get the children excited and interested in nature. 

We will always let the parents know in advance if a trip is planned so they  can arrive on the day prepared and excited for the adventure that lies ahead.
